The 35 luxury apartments all have a magnificent ocean view of the rocks and the sea, which lie just a few steps from your door. Here you can completely relax, taking in the fresh sea air whilst enjoying the breathtaking view, regardless of season and weather. The grounds are accessible for all residents. Here you can languish on the lawn, on one of the many sun beds available, perhaps after taking a refreshing dip in the sea. There are small lad-ders from the rocks to provide easy access to the sea. The rocks provide an ideal place for fishing, use one of our outdoor grills for the catch and have a picnic in the garden! Hotel Nordlandet is also situated on the grounds and we share many facilities with it. Treat yourself to a gourmet meal in their acclaimed restaurant, or enjoy a drink in their sea view wine bar, no taxi needed, you have only a few steps “home”!! Other outdoor amenities available for your convenience are, amongst other things, tables and chairs for those long lazy summer evenings. There are good parking facilities and a lockable bicycle-shed which houses a charger for electric bicycles.
It looks like time has stood still in the charming old world villages of Allinge and Sandvig, but here you will find plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and a couple of excellent smokehouses. Allinge has a beautiful little fishing harbour. Here you will find many lively markets, during the summer months, where local artists and producers sell their wares. In the evenings, you can enjoy live music in several places such as Allinge Røgeri, the local smokehouse. Sandvig has all the ambiance of a little fishing environment and has a fine sandy beach just 700 m from the apartments. There is a mere two kilometres from here to Bornholm’s main attraction Ham-mershus castle ruins and the spectacular nature around the Hammer.

The large conservation area at Hammerknuden 1 km north of Romantik is raw nature in its natural state and an especially interesting place to visit if you like birdwatching.

The apartments are situated on Bornholm’s most beautiful coastline from Tejn, via Hammerknuden to Helligpeder.

Situated midway between these two charming fishing villages Allinge and Sandvig, one is close to everything that makes a holiday on Bornholm something special. There is only 700 meters to Sandvig beach and about 1½ km to Kæmpestranden, which is a stoney beach with many rockpools. Three lovely harbour environments: Allinge, Sandvig and the unique Hammerhavn are within easy walking distance. In the summer, you can take a boat from Hammerhavn to Gudhjem and view the magnificent coastline from the sea. Just a five minute walk from your apartment are the famous helleristninger/bronze age rock carvings.

Apartment Types

Romantik ferielejligheder consist of 16 of the total 40 apartments. Each of the 16 apartments has its own unique character, expressed with different furnishings and colours.
Common for the apartments is their high degree of quality and the magnificent views of cliffs and sea.

  • Attic Apartments: Balcony with a panoramic view of the rocks and sea below and a bedroom skylight with a view to the stars.

    These charming Attic apartments are in two levels. A sitting room with two small balconys on either side of the building and a large loft with a double bed. (Apartment 20,23,41) 50m2. Attic apartments can accommodate 2-4 people. One double bed on the loft and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartments have a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with SPA.

  • Panorama Apartments:
    A panoramacic window in the lounge provides an aweinspiring view of the rocks and sea below.

    These Panorama Apartments on entrance level have direct access to the southwest-facing patio through French doors in the bedroom and have a fantastic view from the panoramic window to the rocks and sea below. Panoramic apartments can accommodate 2-4 people. 56m2. One large double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
    TYPE A
    Located in Block 2 and 3 (apartment 16,22).
    These apartments have two smaller bathrooms and a kitchen.
    TYPE B
    Located in Block 4, 5 and 6 (apartment 25,31,37,40)
    These apartments have a spacious bathroom with SPA and a kitchen with a dishwasher.

  • Apartments on the rocks: There is direct access to a large terrace in the garden and to the rocks and sea.

    Apartments on the rocks have direct access to the garden through the panoramic lounge or conservatory. There is a short walk to the morning bath at the cliffs. Total 57m2 and sleeps 2-5 people. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed plus a sofa armchair in the living room.
    TYPE A
    Located in Block 2 and 3 (apartment 18,21)
    These apartments have a kitchen and a large bathroom.
    TYPE B
    Located in Block 4, 5 and 6 (apartments 27,33,39)
    These apartments have a spacious bathroom with SPA and kitchen with dishwasher.

  • Larger apartments: Apartments in Block 1 offer more rooms, more space, beautiful views and direct access to the terrace, garden and sea.

    Apartment 10 (46m2) is located on the ground floor. This apartment can accommodate 2-5 people. Apartment 8 (79m2) are located on the first floor and can accom-modate 4-6 people.

  • Hotel Nordlandet and Allinge-Sandvig
